1. How can I place an order?

You can browse our products on [www.nmsbazaar.com] and add your favorite items to the cart.
Once you’re ready, click Checkout, fill in your shipping details, choose a payment method, and confirm your order. You’ll receive a confirmation email after successful payment.


2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment options:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, etc.)

  • Net Banking

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

  • Wallets and other secure online payment gateways

All transactions are 100% secure through trusted payment processors.


3. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible — you can initiate a return after delivery instead.


4. What are your shipping charges and delivery times?

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499.

  • Standard shipping charges (₹49–₹79) for orders below ₹499.

  • Delivery time:

    • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

    • Other Locations: 5–8 business days

    • Remote Areas: 8–12 business days

Tracking information will be shared via email/SMS once your order is shipped.


5. How can I track my order?

After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can track your order anytime through the courier’s website using this number.


6. What is your return and refund policy?

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

  • Certain items (personal accessories, innerwear, hygiene products) are non-returnable.

7. Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, but only for defective or damaged items.
